when will my order ship? 

Each piece is made to order, and may require 2-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. Please inquire regarding potential in-stock items, which can ship within 3-5 business days of placing an order. 

Please contact us if you have a specific due date for delivery, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

how does my order ship? 

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the US, and send a shipping notification with tracking information when each order is shipped. Expect your items to arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, and generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that the receiver is responsible for any duties and customs charges.

do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange within 10 days of receipt if the piece is unworn, as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us for availability. No exchanges on sale or discounted items.

how do I care for my jewelry?

The best way to care for your jewelry is to keep it in a clean and dry place, and to avoid wearing it in extremely humid climates.  Jewelry will do best if kept away from water, soaps, and lotions, and also if removed before showering and swimming. If you’d like to give your jewelry a light touch-up, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. Oru jewelry will fare the best if stored separately from your other jewelry or hard surfaces, especially if it’s being carried in a bag or purse. It's ideal to use a pouch for storage and transport. Our larger beaded pieces come with a complimentary organic cotton and bamboo jewelry pouch so earrings or pendant and chain can be safely stored. Pouches will be available for sale on the website soon. If you like to travel with your jewelry, we highly recommend using a soft fabric pouch stored inside of a hard-shell box. This is the best way to protect the glass beads used to weave the color.

do you offer a warranty?

We work with materials that are delicate by nature to create a finely crafted and long-lasting product. We stand by the quality of our work and will repair any piece less than 1 year old defective in workmanship or materials. It’s important to note that our jewelry is made with hundreds of tiny glass beads that are durable but still made of glass - a breakable material which cannot reasonably have a warranty. If the piece is dropped or forced against a hard surface, a bead may break, requiring reweaving of the entire beaded segment and a reasonable repair fee will apply.

do you repair jewelry?

Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll be happy to repair it. If the piece requires reweaving, a reasonable repair fee will apply. 

Please contact us with a photo of the piece and a description of the damage, and we'll send over info for the next step.

lost an earring mate! what should i do?

We are happy to replace a lost earring at half the cost of the regular price of the pair as found on our website. Many styles can also purchased as singles now, in any color.

If the style is no longer on the website, please contact us for more info, payment options and for our shipping address, as we have found that it's best to send us your lone earring so we can match the new one as perfectly as possible.
