SHIPPING

All in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of placing an order.

Custom-made pieces require 1-2 weeks, and are marked as such on their product page.

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and send a shipping notification when each order is shipped.  You can expect your items to arrive 2-5 days after receiving your notification.

International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, and generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that the receiver is responsible for any duties and customs charges.

Please contact us if you have a specific due date for delivery.


RETURNS

We do not accept returns. However, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange for another item within 5 days of receipt, as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us for availability. No exchanges on sale or discounted items.


JEWELRY CARE

The best way to care for your jewelry is to keep it in a clean and dry place, and to avoid wearing it in extremely humid climates.  Jewelry will do best if kept away from water, soaps, and lotions, and also if removed before showering and swimming. If you’d like to give your jewelry a light touch-up, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. ORU jewelry will fare the best if stored separately from your other jewelry, especially if it’s being carried in a bag or purse. For larger beaded pieces, we enclose a organic cotton and bamboo jewelry pouch with a separator so earrings or pendant and chain can be stored separately. Pouches will be available for sale on the website soon. If you like to travel with your jewelry, we highly recommend using a soft fabric pouch stored inside of a hard-shell box.


REPAIRS

We work with materials that are delicate by nature to create a finely crafted and long-lasting product. We stand by the quality of our work and will repair any piece less than 1 year old defective in workmanship or materials. It’s important to note that our jewelry is made with hundreds of tiny glass beads that are durable but still made of glass, a breakable material. If the piece is dropped or forced against a hard surface, a bead may break, requiring reweaving of the entire beaded segment. Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll be happy to repair it. If the piece requires reweaving, a small repair fee may apply.

LOST EARRINGS

We are happy to replace a lost earring at half the cost of the regular price of the pair as found on our website, or many styles can be purchased as singles now. Please contact us for payment options and for our shipping address, as we have found that it's best to send us your lone earring so we can match the new one as perfectly as possible.
