All items ship within 1-2 weeks of placing an order via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and we send a shipping notification when each order is shipped. You can look for your items to arrive 2-5 days after receiving your notification. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, and those packages generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that the receiver is responsible for any duties and customs charges.
Each piece is handwoven and hand-finished to order, so we do not accept returns. However, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange for an item that we have in stock. Please contact us for availability and for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Shipping costs for an exchange will be covered by customer, unless an error was made on our part.
Bronze will naturally tarnish over time to give a warm patina concentrated in the areas that are handled most, which is an aspect of metal that we love. However, we’re often asked how to care for bronze jewelry to maintain its original color, and have found that the best way to care for your jewelry is to keep it in a clean and dry place. Jewelry will do best if kept away from water, soaps, and lotions, and also if removed before showering and swimming. If you’d like to give your jewelry a light touch-up, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. ORU jewelry will fare the best if stored separately from your other jewelry, especially if it’s being carried in a bag or purse. For larger beaded earrings, we recommend a jewelry pouch with a separator so each earring can be stored separately.
We work with materials that are delicate by nature to create a finely crafted and long-lasting product. We stand by the quality of our work and will repair any piece less than 1 year old defective in workmanship or materials. It’s important to note that our jewelry is made with hundreds of tiny glass beads that are durable but still made of glass, a breakable material. If the piece is dropped or forced against a hard surface, the beads may break, requiring reweaving of the entire beaded segment. Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll be happy to repair it. If the piece requires reweaving, a small repair fee may apply. Please contact us with a photo of the piece and a description of the damage, and we'll send over our shipping address.
We are happy to replace a lost earring at half the cost of the regular price of the pair as found on our website. Please contact us for payment options and for our shipping address, and then if possible, please send us your lone earring so we can match the new one as perfectly as possible.
